Provencher Park in St. Boniface was designated as a site for redevelopment under the Building Communities initiative. As part of the overall master plan developed by McGowan Russell Group Inc. two phases of development have been completed. The first phase was the redevelopment of the asphalt courts for tennis and basketball with regrading of the adjacent parking area. The second phase included the redevelopment of the land drainage in the park and the addition of the pathways. McGowan Russell Group Inc. was responsible for the design and implementation of both phases of development.
