CanWest
Global Park is one of the finest natural turf ballparks
in all of independent baseball. Located in the heart
of Winnipeg, the ballpark is home to the Winnipeg
Goldeyes of the Northern League. The ballpark opened
in 1999 and has already played host to such prestigious
events as the XIII Pan-Am games, Northern League
Playoff Games and the 2001 Northern League All Star
Game.

Russell Group was retained to develop a comprehensive
masterplan and detailed construction drawings and
were responsible for design of the natural grass playing
field, the surrounding landscape of the ballpark and
the
redevelopment of the ballpark's southeast parking
lot.
